Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, EVS Hobbies is not in control of how carriers are impacted by inclement weather or other travel delays. In this situation, shipments may be delayed several days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we are informed there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS APPLY TO ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTIAL UNITED STATES UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY STATED.
USPS First Class shipments (Domestic & International) offer limited tracking availability and extended delivery times (especially on International packages)
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
EVS Hobbies USA is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you receive you order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us by e-mail (jefe@evshobbiesusa.com).
If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us. All packages (except for USPS First Class Domestic or International) are shipped with insurance. If after proper inquiries (Can be up to four weeks for international shipments) it is determined that your package is in fact lost, EVS Hobbies USA will either replace the item(s), issue store credit, or offer a refund for the value of the order.
